Tasting notes: Brilliant, light copper colour. Sweet dried fruit, buttered caramel, toasted oak, perfume and spice aromas. Rich, smooth, full-bodied palate of sweet toffee, toasted nuts, brown spice and bourbon barrel flavours. Finishes with a long, sweet and warm toffee, toasted oak, vanilla bean and spice fade. Rich and classy.

Tasting notes: Deep amber colour with an olive cast. Sweet buttery caramel, raisins, sandalwood, and spice aromas. A supple, round entry leads to a glycerous, dryish medium-bodied palate with dark caramel, dried fruits, nuts, brown spices with a hint of sherry. Finishes with a long evolving fade of toffee, toasty oak, vanilla, and peppery spice. Elegant and refined.
