The Birmingham CupINGREDIENTS

2oz Broker’s London Dry Gin
Handful of coriander leaves
½ oz sugar syrup
2 dashes of Dandelion & Burdock bitters
1 pipette of Cardamom bitters
A garnish of coriander leaves

METHOD

Mix all the ingredients together in a julep tin with crushed ice and churn to mix everything together. Top with more crushed ice and garnish with the coriander to serve.
